Return and warranty policy

Thank you for your support of Kiwinurse. We sincerely hope that our products can help you, as our goal is to assist more people in staying away from germs. If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to assist you.

We provide a return and warranty policy to protect the rights and interests of our customers.

Warranty:

All Kiwinurse products come with a one-year warranty period, which begins from the day the goods are received. If you register with our mailbox, we will extend your warranty period by an additional six months.

If your product malfunctions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by sending an email to kiwinurseservice@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your name and order number.
  3. Describe the issue with the product (please note that man-made damage is not covered under warranty).
  4. If possible, provide high-definition pictures or videos.
  5. Once we receive your email, we will promptly analyze the cause of the problem and assist you.

Return:

Kiwinurse offers a return service within 30 days after delivery. After 30 days, returns are not accepted and only the warranty applies.

Return process:

  1. Contact us by sending an email to kiwinurseservice@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your name and order number.
  3. Provide the reason for the return.
  4. If necessary, provide high-resolution pictures or videos of the product.
  5. Kiwinurse will reply and provide you with a return label.
  6. Place the return label on the product.
  7. Arrange for the product to be delivered to the address we provide.
  8. Once the returned goods arrive at the designated location, we will process the refund within 3 working days.

Note:
Kiwinurse respects the vacation rights of our employees. Consequently, returns will not be processed on weekends and holidays (China Time), but will be promptly handled during working days.

Return conditions:

  1. The return must include all accessories.
  2. All returned goods must be unworn and in their original packaging.
  3. For return requests unrelated to product quality, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
